If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Quotes and timelines

Quotes, estimates, and timelines are based on the information available at the time. Scope changes, delayed feedback, third-party dependencies, or incomplete inputs may affect cost and schedule. We will communicate material changes as early as practical.

Client responsibilities

When you engage us, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals, and for ensuring you have rights to materials you supply (logos, footage, copy, data, and similar assets).

Intellectual property

Unless a project agreement says otherwise:

• Website design, copy, graphics, and other site materials remain owned by WIT or our licensors.
• Project deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable client agreement.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial use without our prior written consent.

Third-party tools and links

The site may link to third-party platforms (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

No warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our total liability arising out of website use is limited to INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for paid client services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
